Mosaic Artists - Have you tried Prep Multi yet? |
|
|
· Environmentally friendly
· Non-toxic
· Dries quickly – dries clear
· Non-flammable
· High water resistance
Prep Multi Use Adhesive, a styrene-based all-purpose adhesive, surpasses traditional PVA adhesives by offering versatile solutions in a single bottle. It bonds effectively on porous surfaces like timber, fabric, leather, paper, styrene foam, metal, wood, glass, concrete, plaster, and fibro. Additionally, it proves suitable for non-porous surfaces such as steel, aluminium, brass, copper, ceramics, and glass.
Unlike PVA adhesives, Prep Multi Use Adhesive maintains its bond strength on various surfaces without re-emulsifying or dissolving when exposed to water. Its thicker emulsion prevents dripping on vertical surfaces and provides superior bonding strength. Moreover, it can be diluted for use as a 'dust sealer' or primer/sealer' for concrete and masonry surfaces. Diluted, it serves as a bonding agent between layers of concrete or in the concrete mix.

Meet our newest staff member, Emma.
Emma joins Margaret in the shop from Tuesday to Friday. She is very experienced in the glass arts, with a 20 year career in glass blowing prior to joining us. Everyone here has been excitedly asking her all about it! Emma looks forward to adding leadlight building to skill set and is eyeing up a front door project at home.
